North Sails trim for speed: (This is very good, and the blue-hulled boat "Merlin" they sail in most of the video is a J/35 - rigged, sailed, and performs very similarly to the Thomas 35.)

TECHNIQUE

Gybing, mainsail and jib, no spinnaker:
Spinnaker sailing, from North Sails: (Keep in mind that when you see coaching info about spinnaker gybing, Mercedes will rig for end-for-end gybing (in lighter air) or dip-pole gybing (in more breeze), so knowing both is helpful!)
Articles from Southwinds Magazine about sailboat racing technique: (The Light Air Racing article is pretty good.) http://www.southwindssailing.com/sailboat-racing.php

Sailing expertise articles, from Quantum Sails:
Sail trim, crew work, and racing tactics coaching session with Andrew Kerr at Columbia YC, Chicago: (Delivered in 2013 for Beneteau 36.7 crews, but the information is very relevant, advanced, and top quality. There will be four YouTube videos linked.)

Video series on You-Tube by Quantum Sails, including racing technique, crew positions, sail trim, etc.:
Crew overboard recovery: (There are a lot of opinions about technique for crew overboard recovery. I think the Figure 8 technique that involves a gybe is too complicated and risky. I favor bearing away on a broad reach, tacking, coming back on a beam reach, and turning head to wind to drift up and stop. It's easy and fast.)
DanBuoy deployment demo: (This is the person overboard rescue module unit that I have aboard Mercedes. It is awesome! It includes a pole, streamer, whistle, light, and drogue.)
